Slide vertical post with angle support into routed holes of the base. Make sure all remaining holes are on the same side. Screw together with large head screws. Twist out the tab from the center of the route.
Slide the horizontal tracks on to the sign face, pre-drilled holes to the back, leaving 1 or 2 inches hanging over on one side and several inches on the other side. Do not screw yet.
Slide the short side of the tracks (with the sign) into the square holes of one post. Insure the center support pin enters into the center hole on the sign face. Slide the tracks, one at a time, along the sign face to set the track fully into the square holes on the post. Lay sign face down and insert tracks into the second post.
Use large head screws to connect tracks to posts. Use small head screws to connect sign to tracks.
Slide stabilizer into routed holes in base. Screw in place with large head screws.
Fill sandbags. Place two sandbags on the front of either base and one on the center of the stabilizer.
